Product features:

The ESD75S module comes standard with Taiwan PMI linear guides and Taiwan TBI ball screws, and can be optionally equipped with Japanese THK linear guides and ball screws. The standard type has a repeat positioning accuracy of ± 0.02mm, and the precision type has a repeat positioning accuracy of ± 0.01mm, suitable for use in ordinary environments. Due to its unique design, this product has a large load-bearing capacity, generally about 30% larger than similar products on the market, and the price is not high, with a high cost-effectiveness.

The product has the characteristics of fast acceleration response, short positioning time, good dynamic performance, and high rigidity.

Usage requirements:

1. The grease filling cycle is generally based on 100km, but it varies with different usage conditions. It is recommended to determine the filling cycle based on the initial inspection. If the lubrication is not sufficient, it will increase the wear of the rolling parts and even lead to early damage.

2. It is advisable to avoid mixing lubricants with different properties.

3. The ball screw part does not come with an oil nozzle, please apply lubricating grease directly to the rolling surface.
